ベースに加え、ギターや鍵盤、サックスなども演奏するマルチプレイヤー、河原太朗のソロ・プロジェクト。Yogee New Waves、Ryohu、sumika、Chara、SIRUPなど様々なバンドやアーティストのレコーディングやライブに参加し、共同プロデュースなども務め、その活動は多岐に渡る。2017年12月にTENDRE 名義での6曲入りデビュー EP 『Red Focus 』をリリース。同作がタワーレコード “ タワレコメン”、 HMV“ エイチオシ ” 、 iTunes “NEW ARTIST” 、 スペースシャワー TV“ ミドルローテーションに選ばれるなど、各方面より高い 評価を獲得。 2018 年10月には、tofubeatsによるリミックスも話題となった配信限定シング ル『RIDE 』を含む1st アルバム『NOT IN ALMIGHTY 』をリリース。

2019 年4月/5月と連続してシングル『 SIGN 』『CHOICE 』をリリース。前者はオ ーストリアのスポーツサンダル・ブランドTevaとコラボレーションした MVも話題を集め、その楽曲はJ-WAVE”TOKIO HOT 100” で最高位4位を記録。また、 Hondaが手がける”旅×バイク”の新プロジェクト のテーマソングとして新曲『ANYWAY』が起用されるなど、その注目度は益々高まっている。

2019年はARABAKI ROCK FES 、 VIVA LA ROCK 、 GREENROOM 、 FUJIROCK FES 、 RISING SUN ROCK FES 、 SWEET LOVE SHOWER 、Local Green Room、sunset live、CDJなど国内の主要フェスにも軒並み出演を果たした他、同年6月に開催された東名阪のワンマン・ツアーは追加公演を含む全公演がソールドアウト。続く、新作『 IN SIGHT – EP』のリリース・ツアーも同じく追加公演を含む全公演がソールドアウトするなど今後の活躍が益々期待されている。

TENDRE’s first EP ”RED FOCUS” was well-received among the music fans and media in Japan, and just six months after the EP release, he got to play FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, one of the biggest music festivals in Japan. Since then, he has been playing major music festivals and his performances gained a great deal of acclaim. When TENDRE’s first album “NOT IN ALMIGHTY” came out in 2018, it topped on the iTunes Store’s R&B/Soul chart.

TENDRE released singles ‘SIGN’ in April and ‘CHOICE’ in May. ‘SIGN’ attracted attention when its music video in collaboration with Teva Australia came out and it has marked number 4 in “TOKIO HOT 100” of one of the most popular radio stations J-WAVE. Honda Motor Company used ‘ANYWAY’ in their commercials and the video got over 2.6 million plays in the first two weeks after its release.

In July in 2019, TENDRE played at Fuji Rock Festival for the second time. Phony PPL was checking out their sound check and dancing to their performance, and Stella Donnelly mentioned their show in the interview as well. Moreover, they enjoyed their souldout-solo-tour in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka in June.

TENDRE is a multi-instrument player. He plays the piano, bass, guitars, and saxophones. His solo performance can be seen on REDBULL’s official website and the music media calls him “Japanese FJK”.

TENDRE is planning to release a long-awated “IN SIGHT – EP” in this October.
